Resolved
Some users have reported difficulty using our Customer Greeting Recording line to record or update new greetings. In cases, you were not be able to record a greeting, the audio quality could be compromised, or the system may hang up. This issue was intermittent and our engineering team worked and resolved the issues.

An update was applied to our systems this week and this issue is now considered resolved.
