We will perform maintenance and updates in our internal systems this Wednesday, September 28th, 2022, at 10:00 PM EST.

During this maintenance window, the Customer Portal will be unavailable for 5 minutes or less. Please note that the maintenance window includes updates and fixes for our Hybrid Fax Service and includes: 

Adjusting the timestamp on the Fax List to match the account’s default timezone.
Applying filters on the Fax List so users can only see the faxes for the DIDs in which they are assigned.
Fax status notifications were not being sent when the fax failed.
Hybrid Fax Updates. Ability to remotely assign the Hybrid Fax Device to a different number.
