We will be updating our portals this evening, Friday, January 6th, starting at 10 PM EST. This update addresses an issue with our Call Recording service where some customers were not able to able to play their messages from the Customer Portal without our assistance.
The maintenance window is 1 hour, and our portals will be unavailable during that time.
