We will be performing maintenance and updates in our customer portal this Tuesday, February 15th, 2022, at 10:00 PM EST.

Downtime on the Customer Portal would be one to three minutes, and again it only affects the Customer Portal. The update will not affect the Phone System Platform.

This update includes:
• New design and changes to the Contact Us section in the Customer Portal in order to provide a faster response and get the request to the right resource quicker.
• The new contact us form automatically identifies the user that is logged onto the portal as the contact on the service ticket.
• It also allows the end-user to select the right department and the nature of the request. The service request is then automatically routed to the correct team, ensuring a faster response from that team.
