Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of intermittent one-way audio, along with issues affecting call hold and call park functionality for some customers.
Our engineering team has identified a likely root cause, and the issue has been escalated to our highest-level engineers, who are actively working to implement and validate a solution.
At this time, this does not appear to be a widespread platform issue. While multiple customers have been affected, the impact appears to be limited rather than global.
